Wir suchen einen engagierten Rezeptionisten (m/w/d), der mit seiner Professionalität und Gastfreundlichkeit dazu beiträgt, unseren Gästen einen erstklassigen Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Aufgaben:

  • Freundlicher Empfang und Check-in der Gäste mit höchster Serviceorientierung
  • Effiziente Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Gästeanfragen
  • Sorgfältige Abwicklung des Check-out-Prozesses
  • Kompetente Beratung zu Hotelangeboten und Leipzigs Sehenswürdigkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Anforderungen:

  • wünschenswert Erfahrung im Empfangsbereich eines Hotels
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein professionelles Erscheinungsbild
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
