Unser familiär geführtes Hotel Ruppert in Walluf sucht Verstärkung für die Rezeption (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Freundlicher Empfang, Check-in und Check-out und Betreuung unserer Gäste
  • Abrechnung der Gäste
  • Bearbeitung von Buchungen (online, telefonisch und direkt vor Ort)Servicearbeit bei kleinen Veranstaltungen (Getränkeservice und Abrechnung)
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten an der Rezeption

Ihr Profil:

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Hilfsbereitschaft
  • gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
  • erste Erfahrungen im Hotel- oder Gästeservice sind von großem Vorteil
  • Englischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Social Media sind willkommen

Arbeitszeiten:

  • Fünf Tage pro Woche (von Montag bis Samstag)
  • Dienstbeginn zwischen 12:00 und 14:00 Uhr, Dienstende zwischen 19:00 und spätestens 21:00 Uhr (bei besonderen Veranstaltungen)
