Für unsere Rezeption suchen wir ab sofort oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt eine freundliche, zuverlässige und engagierte Rezeptionistin (m/w/d) auf Teilzeit- oder Minijob-Basis .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kunden/Gäste
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Terminvereinbarung
  • Organisation und Koordination der Termine
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung im täglichen Ablauf an der Rezeption

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung an der Rezeption ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
