Zur Verstärkung unseres Eisenhut-Teams im wunderschönen Rothenburg ob der Tauber suchen wir ab sofort

einen Rezeptionist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (bis 30 Stunden)

Wir bieten Ihnen:

  • 5 Tage Woche; Arbeitszeiten: 06:30 Uhr – 15:00 Uhr oder 14:00 Uhr- 22:30 Uhr

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Check- in und check out unserer Gäste
  • Betreuung unserer Gäste
  • Annahme von Gästeanfragen per E-Mail und per Telefon, allerdings keine Bearbeitung von Reservierung, dafür haben wir eine gesonderte Abteilung.
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Deutsche Sprache fließend
  • Englisch Grundkenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Rezeptionistin von Vorteil aber kein Muss
  • selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Wir arbeiten mit dem Hotelreservierungssystem Protel, Kenntnisse hiermit von Vorteil aber nicht notwendig
