Wir sind eine weiterbildungsberechtigte kieferorthopädische Gemeinschaftspraxis im Rieselfeld in Freiburg.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine Rezeptionskraft (m/w/d). Der Stellenumfang beträgt 30-35 Stunden, die Stelle ist unbefristet.

Ihre Aufgaben werden sein:

  • Rezeptions- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Kommunikation mit den Patienten/-Eltern, Krankenkassen und der KZV
  • Verwalten unserer digitalen Rezeption
  • Betreuung des Email-Verkehrs

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur ZFA und Erfahrung im Bereich Rezeption
  • eine abgeschlossene Aufstiegsfortbildung zur ZMF
  • eine abgeschlossene Aufstiegsfortbildung zur ZMV
  • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
  • Wir würden uns besonders freuen, wenn Sie bereits Erfahrungen in einer kieferorthopädischen Praxis gesammelt haben
