Wir suchen für unser Team eine/n freundliche/n, sprachgewandte/n und stressresistente/n Mitarbeiter/-in für unsere Anmeldung und die Planung der Hausbesuche.

Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Arbeit in einer Physio- und Ergotherapiepraxis für 24 Wochenstunden. Die Arbeitszeiten liegen im Vor- und Nachmittagsbereich.

  • Die Termine für mehrere Therapeuten werden durch Sie am PC geplant. Sie haben mit Patienten, Arztpraxen,
  • Krankenhäusern etc Kontakt. Des Weiteren übernehmen Sie die zuverlässige Planung und Organisation der Hausbesuche.
  • Die Einarbeitung in das Spezialprogramm für Therapiepraxen erfolgt durch die erfahrene Leitung unseres Anmeldungsbereiches.
  • Computerkenntnisse in Office-Programmen sowie der sichere Umgang bei Telefongesprächen und mit Whats App sind unbedingt notwendig. Auch der Umgang mit Social Media, nach Einarbeitung, wird vorausgesetzt.
