einen Rezeptionisten bzw. eine Rezeptionistin (m/w/d)

für unser Team im Hotel Seehof und Hotel Wilder Mann in Meersburg.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Gästebetreuung & -Beratung
  • Check-in und Check-out
  • Erstellung und Weitergabe Meldescheine
  • Erstellung Schlüssel und Parkkarten
  • Telefon- und E-Mailbearbeitung
  • Angebotserstellungen
  • Vermietung von Leih-Fahrrädern
  • Allgemeine Gästekorrespondenz

Anforderung:

  • Abgeschlossene fachbezogene Ausbildung/Quereinstieg möglich
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und gastorientiertes Wesen
  • Kenntnisse in Protel Air wünschenswert

Ein Personalzimmer ist bei Bedarf in einer Wohngemeinschaft vorhanden.
