  • Das Physioteam Lotte wächst  und sucht ab sofort weitere Verstärkung für unsere Rezeption.
  • 📍  Voll- und Teilzeit Einstellung möglich; bei Teilzeit:
  • Fixpunkt: Du verstärkst uns an zwei festen Nachmittagen pro Woche.
  • Option: Wenn du mehr arbeiten möchtest, können wir nach Absprache flexibel zusätzliche Vor- /Nachmittage einplanen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Erster Ansprechpartner: Du empfängst unsere Patienten herzlich und koordinierst den Praxisalltag.
  • Terminjongleur: Du planst Behandlungen – von der Krankengymnastik bis zum Wellness-Paket
  • Büro-Held: Du kümmerst dich um Telefonate, die Rezeptverwaltung und die Organisation im Hintergrund.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Freude an der Kommunikation und Empathie.
  • Quereinsteiger mit Organisationstalent und guten PC-Kenntnissen sind herzlich willkommen!
