Über uns: In unserer etablierten Zahnarztpraxis Zahnmedizin am Alten Pfarrhaus stehen unsere Patientinnen und Patienten im Mittelpunkt. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine freundliche, engagierte und kommunikationsstarke Unterstützung für den Empfangsbereich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Herzlicher Empfang und professionelle Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
Kompetente Telefonannahme, Terminvergabe und Patientenkoordination
Allgemeine organisatorische Aufgaben an der Rezeption
Bei entsprechender Qualifikation gerne auch mit erweitertem Einsatz im zahnmedizinischen Bereich (ZFA)

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (ZFA) und/oder fundierte Berufserfahrung im Empfangs- bzw. Praxisbereich
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein gewinnendes Auftreten
Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
