Du bist gerne Gastgeber, behältst den Überblick und hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen?

Dann werde Teil unseres Rezeptionsteams im Reit- & Sporthotel NORDMANN.

Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste begleitest du sie von der Reservierung über die Anreise bis zur Abreise und sorgst gemeinsam mit unserem Team für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Hotel- und Tagesgäste
  • Durchführung von Check-in und Check-out
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Gästeanfragen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Gästerechnungen
  • telefonische und schriftliche Gästekommunikation
  • Beratung unserer Gäste zu Hotelangeboten, Wildpark, Reiten, Wellness und weiteren Aktivitäten
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den verschiedenen Hotelbereichen

### Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Hotelfachmann/-frau oder entsprechende Erfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption
  • freundliches, sicheres und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen
  • Erfahrung mit Hotel- und Kassensystemen wünschenswert
  • sicherer Umgang mit Outlook, Word und den gängigen Computeranwendungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen im Wechsel

### Deine Arbeitszeiten

Unsere Rezeption ist täglich von 06:00 bis 22:00 Uhr besetzt.

Die Arbeitszeiten werden im Schichtdienst geplant – keine Nachtschicht .
