Betreuung unseres internationalen Gästekreises

Einsatz im Früh- und Spätdienst (Frühdienst in Gleitzeit zwischen 07.00-08.30 und Spätdienst 13.00-21.30 Uhr)

Selbstständiges Ausführen aller anfallenden Rezeptionsarbeiten, Check-In, Check-Out, Kassenabrechnung, Kontrollen, Berichtswesen, Tagesabschlüsse

Annahme und Bearbeitung von Hotelbuchungen, Gruppen-Reservierungen, Tagungsanfragen…

Betreuung von Tagungsgästen

Bei Interesse Betreuung von Social Media Kanälen
