Ihre Aufgaben sind vielseitig und abwechslungsreich. Der Einsatzbereich ist die Rezeption als zentraler Treffpunkt für Gäste, Kollegen und Lieferanten. Die Einsätze erfolgen im 2-Schicht-System (keine Nachtschicht). Die Position kann auch im Saisongeschäft von Anfang März bis Ende September, besetzt werden. Wir setzen ein werthaltiges Dienstleistungs-Spektrum um, welches durch strukturierte Zusammenarbeit erreicht wird. Sie sollten teamfähig sein, sollten aber auch ebenso gerne eigenständig und verantwortungsvoll arbeiten.

### Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen *Front Office Agent / Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)*

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Check-in & Check-out unserer Gäste
  • Gästebetreuung und -beratung
  • Verantwortung im Einsatz der Registrierkasse
  • Organisation und Einweisung von Aushilfen
  • Vielfältige Bürotätigkeiten mit individuellen Freiheiten
  • Kontrollfunktion mit Sicherstellung der Anforderungen. Teamorientierte Jahresplanung jeder Kalenderwoche
  • Teamorientierte Jahresplanung jeder Kalenderwoche
  • Die Stelle ist auch Alternativ Saisonmäßig, von Anfang März bis Ende September ausführbar
