Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Rezeptionsmitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • ✔ Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste
  • ✔ Check-in und Check-out sowie Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
  • ✔ Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz
  • ✔ Beratung der Gäste zu Hotelangeboten und lokalen Attraktionen
  • ✔ Kassenführung und Rechnungsstellung

### Ihr Profil:

  • ✔ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • ✔ Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • ✔ Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Hotelsoftware
  • ✔ Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • ✔ Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
