Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und freundliche Persönlichkeit für den Empfang.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Check-in und Check-out unserer Hotelgäste
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
  • Annahme von Reservierungen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Bearbeitung von Buchungen und Anfragen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten an der Rezeption
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping und Restaurant

### Ihr Profil

  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Erfahrung an der Rezeption oder im Hotelbereich ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
