- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs am Front Office
- Freundlicher und professioneller Check-in unserer Gäste
- Betreuung und Bearbeitung von Gästeanliegen während des Aufenthalts
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für Gäste sowie interne und externe Ansprechpartner
