  • Das sind Deine Aufgaben
  • Empfangen & verabschieden der Gäste
  • Beratung unserer Gäste für Aktivitäten im Haus & der Umgebung
  • Allgemeiner Schriftverkehr am Empfang
  • Verbuchen der Leistungen auf Gästekonten
  • Kassenführung
  • Arbeiten mit dem elektronischen Reservierungsprogramm ASA
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation
  • Das zeichnet Dich aus
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach (Hotelfachmann/-frau)
  • Gerne auch Quereinsteiger aus dem Büro oder Verwaltung
  • Erfahrungen an Rezeptionist oder Empfangsmitarbeiter wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem elektrischen Hotelprogramm, vorzugsweise ASA
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Sprache & Schrift
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
  • Selbstständige & zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
