Es ist uns sehr wichtig, dass Sie als Mitarbeiter*in auf eine sichere Stelle und einen Arbeitsplatz mit Wohlfühlfaktor setzen können. Unser Haus ist eines der besten Hotels im Gerolsteiner Land und in 3. Generation familiengeführt. Wir freuen uns schon, Sie mit all Ihren Fähigkeiten kennenzulernen und zu einem Teil unserer Familie zu machen! Gerne begleiten wir auch Auszubildende bei ihren ersten beruflichen Schritten.

Sie heißen unsere Gäste herzlich Willkommen, begleiten Sie während des Aufenthaltes bis zum Check out. Somit sind Sie für alle Kontrollen im Front Office zuständig (Anreise-/ Abreisekontrolle etc.) Sie geben Reservierungen in unserer System ein und pflegen die Reservierungen unserer Spa Abteilung. Wir arbeiten mit dem PMS Oracle Suite 8. Ebenfalls betreuen Sie unsere Gäste am Nachmittag oder Abend an unserer kleinen Lobbybar und angrenzender Lounge mit Getränken und kleinen Speisen.
