Das Hotel Lavendelhof wurde 2017 eröffnet und ist ein DEHOGA-zertifiziertes 3-Sterne-Hotel. Unser Bett+Bike Fahrradhotel liegt in Bahnhofsnähe und am Havelland-Radweg. Ebenso zum Hotel gehört unser Eselhof HavelLife! mit eigenem Naturschaugarten und seinen verschiedenen Tieren, auf dem regelmäßig Veranstaltungen stattfinden.

Unser Hotel liegt in der Kernstadt Nauen und verfügt über 66 Betten. Derzeit bieten wir unseren Kunden lediglich Frühstück an. Für das Abendessen kooperieren wir mit den verschiedenen Gastronomiebetrieben in der historischen Innenstadt.

AUFGABENBEREICH:

Check In und Check Out, Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen telefonisch und per E-Mail. Zum Zuständigkeitsbereich gehört die Vorbereitung und Betreuung des Frühstücksbuffets für ca. 10 -15 Gäste.

Die Arbeitszeit von 20-34h pro Woche verteilt, inklusive 1-2 Wochenenden pro Monat. Es handelt sich um ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis.

Berufserfahrung im Hotelbereich ist von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich. Ein freundlicher Umgangston sowie Führerschein sind wichtig. Gute Computerkenntnisse in MS Office sind erforderlich. Grundkenntnisse in Englisch wären von Vorteil.

Wir bieten überdurchschnittliche Bezahlung, die sich nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung richtet. Darüber hinaus bezahlen wir monatliche finanzielle Sachbezüge.

LAGE UND ENTWICKLUNGSMÖGLICHKEITEN:

Nauen liegt im Speckgürtel und Einzugsgebiet Berlins und ist verkehrstechnisch optimal angebunden. Bei Bedarf kann eine Betriebsunterkunft gestellt werden.

Die derzeit stattfindende Hotelerweiterung mit einem Neubau mit 150 Betten bietet zahlreiche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
