Job Description

• Job title:
• The Revenue Growth Manager acts as a linking pin between the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams driving pricing & distribution optimization while always acting with integrity as a custodian of Revenue Growth Management Framework.

• Your role:
• - Set overall PPWF framework and strategy (Discount, Rebate, Provision)；

- Trade Spend Management: Track and Intervene promotion strategy to manage Trade Spend according to annual strategy and sell-in resources；

- Optimize Provision design based on RGM framework to drive KA JBP.

• You're the right fit if:
• 1. Experience in pricing, commercial, finance, strategic or auditing role;
• 2. Strong analytic tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP/BW is preferred);
• 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience with working in a business with complex market;
• 4. Strong commercial understanding.
