Job Description:

• •We're looking for energetic and qualified Rider Cluster/Fleet Managers- Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Mumbai.
• •If you have a good network of 2W delivery partners across various zones in Mumbai, this is your opportunity to join India's leading quick commerce logistics platform.
• •This role is based at our dark store, and you will be required to travel to different dark store locations in the city: Andheri East, Malad, Matunga, Navi Mumbai, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• •Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Onboarding riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
• •Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
• •Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
• •MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• •End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders. Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking
• •Rider engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications:

• •2-6 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
• •Education: Graduate and above
• •Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
• •Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
