● Field and respond to incoming compliance questionnaires, due diligence requests, and information requests from bank partners, auditors, and other counterparties.

● Assist with maintaining Inclined's corporate and state licensing portfolio, including tracking renewal deadlines, supporting license renewal applications and license-related audits and examinations.

● Participate in various dialogues and working sessions with bank partners on compliance matters, program updates, and regulatory changes; help prepare materials and talking points as needed.

● Maintain compliance tracking logs, documentation, and reporting to support audit-readiness and internal oversight.

● Targeted internal audit activities as needed.

● Monitor changes in relevant banking and consumer finance regulations and help assess their impact on Inclined's programs.

● Participate in various workstreams related to our SOC compliance requirements.

● Support the Chief Compliance and Enterprise Risk Officer and Chief Capital Officer on ad hoc compliance, risk, and bank partnership projects as they arise.
