What You'll Do:

Review and process withdrawals and customer documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Conduct KYC verification, including review, approval, or rejection of customer-submitted documents.

Monitor player activity to identify, investigate, and escalate potential fraud or suspicious behavior.

Respond to escalated customer inquiries related to payments, fraud, and account activity.

Support Customer Support and other teams with payment-related questions and issue resolution.

Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and all applicable regulatory standards.

Collaborate with team members to support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Escalate complex or high-risk issues to management in a timely manner.

What You'll Bring:

Experience in payments, fraud, risk, compliance, or operations (iGaming or fintech preferred).

Strong understanding of payment methods, chargebacks, and fraud detection principles.

Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and regulatory environments is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and assess risk.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in tools such as Excel and reporting platforms (e.g., Looker or similar).
