Risk and Underwriting Representative - UAE National - Cigna Healthcare

• •Manage the large corporate and SME team mailbox, and allocation of quotes among underwriters.
• •Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions for corporate and SME.
• •Perform legal check on new quote census.
• •Screen SME and corporate groups before allocation.
• •Generate reports from system and do the needful formatting.
• •Liaise with sales team to manage expectations on quote TATs.
• •Provide underwriting support for SME business renewals across Africa.
• •Manage underwriting support for Individual business renewals across the Middle East.
• •Participate in problem solving activities to define problems, identify root causes, suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively.
• •Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards.
• •Support underwriters in other tasks, as needed.
