This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the firm, including trading desks, Controllers, Legal, Corporate Treasury, and Strats, and requires a strong risk management mindset.

Skills and Experience Required

3–5 years of relevant experience in capital management, corporate treasury, risk management, or a related field.

Knowledge of regulatory capital frameworks and the ability to interpret regulatory requirements, including 12 CFR Part 217, Basel III, G-SIB requirements, and the supplementary leverage ratio (SLR).

Demonstrated ability to independently assess, challenge, and defend regulatory interpretations with senior stakeholders and control functions.

Experience with capital planning and stress testing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend technical analysis to senior stakeholders and cross-functional audiences.
