The Team

You will be part of the Risk Consulting team for the Americas region, delivering proactive support and tailored solutions to clients within the Capital Markets industry.

Our consultants support clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their projects, including pre-sales, implementation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide proactive, high-quality support to clients using the Risk modules of the MX platform.
• •Validate and analyze financial products, associated models, and risk profiles, including both vanilla and exotic instruments.
• •Design functional solutions and perform technical mapping to adapt the platform to client requirements.
• •Manage client cases from initial reporting through resolution and final validation.
• •Gather requirements, configure the system, execute testing, and support clients during implementation.
• •Develop a strong understanding of client business needs and deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines, following best practices.
• •Deliver training sessions and contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
• •Support demonstrations and workshops during pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Applied Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• •1-2 years of functional and/or technical experience in a related area.
• •Strong knowledge of financial risk management, financial markets, and financial instruments.
• •Knowledge of SQL (Oracle and/or Sybase) and Unix commands is a plus.
• •Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• •Team-oriented mindset, accountability, and results-driven approach.
• •Willingness to travel.
