Today, we process millions of applications each year and work with many of the leading fintechs and banks across the U.S. We believe the game of cat-and-mouse in fraud requires a fundamentally new approach. With care for our customers, attention to detail, and grounded execution, we’re reimagining how fraud is detected and prevented.

Use fraud detection software and tools to strengthen our monitoring and investigations
Run regular check-ins with customers on risk, performance and the reasoning behind our decisions
Prepare clear reports for leadership and customers on fraud incidents, findings and recommended improvements and generate activity reports for internal reviews and customer check-ins
Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn your findings into better rules, tooling and detection systems
Respond quickly as new fraud trends and incidents emerge, adjusting priorities alongside the team
Help design and scale the processes, workflows and automation that keep our risk operations efficient as we grow
Spot gaps in our systems, policies and detection strategies and work with stakeholders across the business to recommend and deliver improvements that address emerging risks
Contribute to ad hoc cross-functional projects that strengthen our fraud prevention strategies
About You
3+ years of experience in fraud, risk operations, trust & safety, a related investigative field or equivalent experience
Hands-on SQL for investigations and analysis alongside other data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment on ambiguous cases
Experience working across teams, ideally with Product or Engineering and explaining complex findings simply
