  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Vorbereiten und Bedienen der Rissprüfanlage.
  • Prüfen von Schmiedeteilen auf Oberflächenfehler und Risse.
  • Bewerten und Dokumentieren von Prüfergebnissen.
  • Nacharbeiten fehlerhafter Teile durch Schleifarbeiten nach Vorgabe.
  • Sortieren und Kennzeichnen von Gut- und Schrotteilen.
  • Wechseln von Behältern mittels Flurforderfahrzeug.
  • Durchführen einfacher Qualitätskontrollen und Sichtprüfungen.
  • Sicherstellen von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich.
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Ausbildung zum Prüfwerker nach DIN 54161 MT oder MT2 wünschenswert.
  • Erfahrung im Produktions- oder Metallbereich von Vorteil.
  • Staplerschein wünschenswert.
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht).
