工作职责：
- 按照产品图纸及作业指导书完成产品的铆焊工作， 确保产品符合质量要求并按时交付。
- 记录产品加工作业的相关数据，确保产品质量可追溯性。
- 按照《日常点检表》或TPM手册要求维护保养所用设备，确保所用设备的稳定性和可靠性。
- 执行对本岗位的5S和精益要求，保证加工现场的整洁、有序。
- 在生产过程中严格按照《安全操作规程》要求完成生产操作。
- 了解所有与职位相关的HSE和质量管理体系规范，在工作过程中严格遵照执行。
- 在不违反法律法规的前提下，接受上级安排的临时任务。
- 理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求。
工作要求：
- 焊接类相关专业，具有独立识图纸能力。
- 5 年以上连续焊接工作经验。
- 熟练操作氩弧焊，气保焊，焊缝质量合格，外观成型良好。
- 有中厚板的焊接经验，熟练焊接碳钢，不锈钢等材质，有过碳钢和不锈钢混合焊接经验的优先。
- 有过埋弧焊经验的优先。
- 使用过焊接机器人，可以独立编程，调试的优先。
