As Reliability and Maintenance Engineering Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the network. This role requires a data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate complex data into actionable insights, and drive cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Analyze operating expenses across all buildings in the network, track against planned targets, identify variances, and provide data-driven recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Support annual budget planning for network projects and programs with historical spend analysis and forecasting input, yearly forecasting by working closely with stakeholders.
  • Partner with Regional leaders, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, provide regular updates to leadership on planning activities, Program/Project updates.
  • Develop, report, and analyze key business metrics that support business reviews.
  • Independently deliver robust end-to-end projects for the RME team.
  • Work closely with the RME Senior Leadership and field RME teams to drive network programs and initiatives
  • Resolve business-critical and persistent problems, demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Utilize analytics for data-driven decision-making; track performance metrics and escalate issues requiring corrective action.

Basic qualifications

  • - 2+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience
  • - Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • - 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred qualifications

- Strong engineering fundamentals, analytical thinking, and innovative problem-solving abilities with good knowledge on Generative AI apps/tools
