We are seeking a compassionate and reliable RN Nurses to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. This vital role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our Sisters, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Sisters.

Schedules available:

Full-Time – 72 hours/bi-weekly

• •6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• •Sun/Wed/Thurs/Friday
• •Mon/Tue/Weds/Thurs/Sat

Part-Time – 48 hours/bi-weekly

• •6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• •Mon/Tues/Sat
• •Sun/Thurs/Fri

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• •Provide hands-on nursing care and assist in implementing individualized care plans for residents.
• •Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• •Monitor Sisters conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN and physician.
• •Supervise and support STNAs, ensuring quality care and teamwork.
• •Communicate effectively team members.
• •Uphold our mission and values through compassionate, faith-based service.

Qualifications:

• •Current and valid license in the State of Ohio (LPN or RN).
• •Previous experience in long term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• •Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• •Commitment to serving Sisters with kindness, respect, and integrity.
