• What You'll Do
• In conjunction with the Medical Plan Of Care, independently perform systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families: plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluate effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.

• Requirements
• •Current Missouri registered nurse license or current registered nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
• •If no experience as an RN or LPN in a hospital setting or it has been more than 5 years since last worked in a hospital setting, nurses must successfully pass Patient Care Orientation (PCO) within 30 days.
• •AHA ACLS within 180 days.
• •AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.
• •ASLS - Advanced Stroke Life Support within 180 days.
• •NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 60 days.
• •Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Program (CPI) within 180 days.
• •RN competency day annually by transcript due date.
