Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will oversee nursing operations during your shift, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will play a key leadership role in guiding the team and maintaining clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide and supervise direct patient care
• •Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• •Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
• •Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• •Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• •Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations
• •Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
• •Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• •Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
• •Current CPR certification required
• •Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• •Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• •Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
• •Compassion for an underserved population
