Hourly Pay Range:
$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
Position: RN – Cardiac Imaging
Location: Swedish Hospital, Chicago
Full Time: 32 hours per week (4 days)
Shift: M-F Days
On-Call: Rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage
What you will do:
Perform stress testing and provide patient assessment and nursing care.
Assist with contrast injections, venipuncture, medication administration, oxygen therapy and IV management.
Develop and implement individualized plans of care and document patient progress and interventions.
Provide patient and family education based on individual needs.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe, evidence-based care throughout cardiac diagnostic testing.
What you will need:
License: Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Certification: American Heart Association CPR certification required. ACLS required within six months of hire.
Experience: One year of staff nursing experience preferred; critical care experience (CCU, ICU, ER or Cath Lab) preferred.
