Elara Caring is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse in Providence, Rhode Island area . We have an immediate opening for a compassionate RN who wants to build meaningful patient relationships and help people receive quality care at home.

What You’ll Do

• •Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient care needs.
• •Provide skilled nursing care according to each patient’s plan of care and physician orders.
• •Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and take appropriate action.
• •Teach patients and families about care, safety, and managing health conditions.
• •Coordinate with the care team to support safe, consistent patient care.
• •Protect patient and staff privacy in accordance with HIPAA.

What You’ll Need

• •Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• •Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• •At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• •Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• •Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• •Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
