Registered Nurse (RN) $2500 sign on bonus

• Wage DOE: $39.98–$53.80/hour
• 12-hour shifts | Full Time Day Shift | Wenatchee, WA

Join our compassionate team at Colonial Vista Post Acute , where your clinical expertise and leadership make a difference every night. We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

What You’ll Do

• •Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents
• •Monitor and document changes in resident conditions
• •Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• •Collaborate with physicians, families, and care team members
• •Supervise CNAs to ensure care standards and safety practices are met
• •Support infection control, safety, and resident care plans

What We’re Looking For

• •Current, unencumbered RN license in Washington State
• •CPR certification required
• •Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred
• •Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
