Job Description:

• •Night Shift
• •Assesses and analyzes the health status of patients comprehensively upon admission and on an ongoing basis.
• •Formulates and updates individualized patient care plans based on assessment data in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
• •Directs, implements, and coordinates patient care activities to ensure the delivery of quality care.
• •Communicates and documents all patient care, including assessments, plans, interventions, patient responses, and follow-up.
• •Transcribes and directs the implementation of physician orders accurately and promptly.
• •Provides patient education based on assessed needs and evaluates understanding.
• •Conducts ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes and documents the effectiveness of interventions and strategies.
• •Adheres to nursing department standards, completes competency testing, and maintains current licensures and certifications.
• •Participates in performance improvement activities and collaborate on needed policy and procedure changes.
• •Demonstrates knowledge and awareness of the specific physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs of patients.
• •Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• •Basic computer skills [Required]
• •Excellent human relations and oral/written skills [Required]

Education:

• •Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• •Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

1+ of recent and relevant experience [Required]

Pay Range:

• $31.85 - $52.76
• Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
