Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care.

Adapt quickly to different units, workflows, and patient populations.

Collaborate with diverse nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

Apply your clinical expertise across designated care settings.

Support staffing needs while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Work in all areas included within your assigned clinical grouping.

Departments include:

Medical/Surgical

Intermediate Care

Emergency Department

Required:

• •Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• •BLS/CPR

1 years of inpatient RN experience preferred.

Education:

Diploma in Nursing (Required)

Certifications:

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, Registered Nurse - State of Massachusetts

Compensation

Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

$41.82 - $54.06 - $66.30
