Job Description:

Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm (3 shifts per week)

• •Assist with newborn care at deliveries, providing immediate care and support to newborns during and after delivery.
• •Maintain skills in neonatal resuscitation to respond effectively in emergencies.
• •Demonstrate assessment skills in high and low-risk obstetrical patients to identify potential risks and health issues.
• •Identify and report maternal and newborn problems to the physician promptly.
• •Assist with the transfer of newborns to other facilities when indicated, ensuring safe and efficient transfers.
• •Accurately identify and band newborns, mothers, and significant others to prevent mix-ups.

• Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

• Work Experience:
• 1+ Labor and Delivery nursing experience [Preferred]

• Licenses and Certifications:
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Required]
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Neonatal Med Certification (NEONATAL MED) [Preferred]

$33.61 - $62.53
