Job Description:

• •Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records and clinical data.
• •Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.
• •Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• •Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
• •Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching.
