Job Description:

Minimum Pay: $35 / hour

Work Schedule: 32x 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends, 7pm-7am

• •Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate.
• •Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare providers, ensuring continuity and documentation.
• •Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken.
• •Evaluates patient progress towards outcomes, revising diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed.
• •Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• •Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, maintaining professional relationships and promoting a positive environment. Educates patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and care plans, ensuring understanding and compliance.
• •Participates in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and nursing practices.
• •Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed. Collects and documents patient health data systematically and continuously.
• •Analyzes assessment data to determine and validate diagnoses with the patient, family, and healthcare providers. Other duties as assigned.

Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• •Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• •Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• •Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

Pay Range:

$30.70 - $50.42
