The Jamestown Clinic is looking for a nurse to join their team in a full time role!

This role will work with various age groups and diagnosis. Utilizes team nursing with a very dependable and cohesive group. Apply your scope of practice to its fullest with the vast amount of skills utilized with the populations we serve.

Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with no nights, weekends or major holidays and one day off each week. Great work/home life balance!

  • RN Wage: $25.50 - 38.50
  • LPN Wage: $21.00 - 29.50

$15,000 sign on bonus for eligible employees.

Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinic team. Individuals who thrive in this role are adaptable, great communicators, detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills. These RNs and LPNs collaborate with providers to guide patients to the appropriate level of care.

Your day to day may include:

Addressing inquiries via phone and MyChart messaging

Providing patient and family education

Utilizing nursing and assessment skills

Adhering to triage protocols

Available for you:

Qualifications

The RN is a graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific licensure, competencies and certifications.

The LPN is a graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.

Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
