RN or LPN Long Term Care

Description

Fairway View Neighborhoods Long Term Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work direct patient care in many capacities – observing, assessing, passing medications, and documenting information relating to the residents.

Duties Include:

• •Makes regular rounds observing resident condition, vital signs, assessing findings, planning resident nursing care, and recording pertinent information
• •Accurate administration of medication and treatment as prescribed by physician. Assists physician during rounds in absence of Care Coordinator to facilitate communication.
• •Instructs residents on their treatments and medication to promote resident understanding and continuity of care.
• •Provides necessary support to LPN’s and CNA’s to ensure they are able to perform their work. Supervises the care by LPNs and CNAs to residents.
• •Serves as a role model for other nursing personnel.

Hours and Pay:

• •Part Time, 48 hours per 2 week pay period, 2pm - 10:30pm

• •LPN: $28.50 - $36.17
• •RN: $34.24 - $51.35
