Registered Nurse | Orthopedic Unit
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 24-bed Orthopedic Unit in the beautiful Coulee Region of Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialized orthopedic and trauma care while advancing your clinical skills in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
What You Will Work
- 0.8 FTE | 64 hours every two weeks
- 8-hour night shifts (10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)
- Every other weekend and three holidays per year

What You Will Do
- Provide Love + Medicine to orthopedic patients with fractures, joint replacements, and major or minor traumatic injuries.
- Develop expertise in the care of acute surgical and orthopedic patients, including traction management, splint and cast care, postoperative recovery, and wound care.
- Care for patients throughout their recovery journey, helping them restore mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, advanced practice clinicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, CNAs, and fellow RNs.

What You Need
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- Current RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
- New graduate and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply
