RN | Pulmonary Nodule Navigator
- FTE: 1.0 (80 hours per two weeks)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts with flexible start/end times; no weekends, holidays, or call
- Location: On-site, La Crosse, WI

Position Overview
As a Pulmonary Nodule Navigator RN, you will serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients undergoing evaluation and treatment for pulmonary nodules. Working collaboratively with providers and multidisciplinary team members, you'll help coordinate care, educate patients and families, manage communications, and support patients through every step of the process.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate care for patients with pulmonary nodules across the continuum of care
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations
- Provide procedural education and instructions
- Perform telephone triage and clinical assessment
- Manage patient communications through phone calls and inbox messaging
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and care teams to facilitate timely care
- Assist with program coordination and quality initiatives as needed
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- Current RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
- RN licensure in Minnesota and Iowa within 3 months of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
Preferred Qualifications
- Five years of RN experience
- Experience caring for pulmonary patients
- Experience with project work, process improvement, or program coordination
- Informal leadership experience
