Quality, Outcomes & Program Evaluation

  • Collect, monitor, analyze, and report clinical quality metrics related to patient outcomes, access to care, treatment adherence, and patient satisfaction.
  • Track outcomes associated with newborn screening follow-up, enzyme replacement therapies, gene-targeted treatments, and Neurofibromatosis surveillance protocols.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve care coordination, patient experience, and health equity.
  • Facilitate participation in national registries, benchmarking initiatives, rare disease networks, and quality collaboratives.
  • Manage participation in national Neurofibromatosis registries and metabolic consortium initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Five or more years of related professional experience.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
