Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or outpatient facility
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation standards
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
