Deine Aufgaben

  • Vorfertigung, Anpassung und Fertigschweißen von Rohrleitungen an industriellen Dampfturbinen
  • Montage und Befestigung von Rohrleitungen an Turbinenpaketen
  • Durchführung von WIG-Schweißarbeiten an legierten, hochlegierten, niedriglegierten und unlegierten Werkstoffen
  • Anwendung der Schweißverfahren FM3 (warmfeste Stähle) und FM5 (Edel- und CrNi-Stähle)
  • Ausführung der Arbeiten nach technischen Vorgaben und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Rohrleitungsbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im WIG-Schweißen
  • Gültige Schweißqualifikationen nach ISO 9606-1, Verfahren 141, für FM3 und FM5
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erlernen
  • Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System sowie zu Mehrarbeit bei Bedarf
  • Bereitschaft zum Umzug nach Görlitz und zu Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands
