Job Summary: Kwajalein

Job Summary:

The ROI Dock Security Checkpoint Lieutenant supervises small groups of guards or assumes positions requiring greater responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handles all personnel and visitors arriving to or departing from Roi-Namur by marine vessels.
Supervises small groups of guards
Supervises small group of Local National (LN) Access Control Officers
Ensures adequate manning is provided during mission activities
Ensures that all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel
Ensures that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders

Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance
Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory and/or management roles
Must obtain USAKA “B” Boat certification NLT 30 days after assuming duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

ASIS CPP certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
