ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

Fundierte technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH) und kaufmännisches Verständnis
Gute Kenntnisse in AutoCAD und MS Office
Erfahrung im Bausektor oder im Bereich Sonnenschutztechnik und/oder Fenstertechnik von Vorteil
Selbstständige und zuverlässige Organisation des Arbeitsbereiches

Ausländische Bewerber/innen nur mit Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt und mit ausreichenden Deutschkenntnissen.

EINSATZBEREICH:

Administrative Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten
Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Nachträgen für Zusatzleistungen unter Einhaltung von Vorgaben, Normen und Regelwerken
Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Baustellenbetreuung und Koordination der Subunternehmen bei der Montage bis hin zur Abnahme
Erstellen von CAD-Zeichnungen und Dokumentationen sowie Wartungs- und Bedienungsanleitungen

Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt hängt jedoch stark von Ihren Qualifikationen und Ihrer Berufserfahrung ab und kann demnach auch deutlich darüber liegen.
