Role Summary

We are seeking creative, strategic, and customer-focused media marketing professionals to help build engaging brand experiences through social media, content, community engagement, and digital communications.

These opportunities may span social media marketing, content strategy, community management, digital engagement, brand communications, and audience development. Successful candidates will help create compelling content, foster meaningful audience connections, strengthen brand reputation, and deliver measurable business outcomes across digital and social platforms.

Depending on the role level, individuals may contribute to or lead social engagement strategies, content operations, community management programs, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with strategic thinking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute social media and audience engagement strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
  • Translate marketing, communications, and brand priorities into platform-specific content and engagement programs.
  • Build and maintain editorial calendars that support campaigns, business initiatives, seasonal opportunities, and key moments.
  • Identify audience insights, social trends, and emerging opportunities to inform content strategy and channel growth.
  • Support the development of content roadmaps and social playbooks that drive consistency and performance.

Content Development & Publishing

  • Plan, develop, adapt, and optimize content across social and digital platforms.
  • Create platform-native content strategies tailored to various audience segments and channels.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, communications, and agency teams to develop engaging content and storytelling.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, style, and messaging across all channels.
  • Drive innovation through testing new content formats, creative approaches, and platform capabilities.

Community Management & Audience Engagement

  • Build, grow, and nurture engaged online communities.
  • Manage audience interactions and facilitate meaningful conversations with customers, stakeholders, and followers.
  • Support social listening, moderation, response management, and escalation processes.
  • Monitor audience sentiment, identify emerging issues, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Help develop response guidelines, engagement protocols, and best practices for community management.

Digital Reputation & Brand Stewardship

  • Support initiatives that strengthen brand credibility, trust, and reputation across digital channels.
  • Maintain alignment with brand standards, content guidelines, and regulatory requirements when applicable.
  • Assist in managing issues, rapid-response communications, and sensitive audience interactions.
  • Help ensure all content and engagement activities meet governance and compliance standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent and responsible communications.

Measurement, Analytics & Optimization

  • Establish and track key performance indicators across social and digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign, content, and engagement performance to identify actionable insights.
  • Maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance scorecards.
  • Develop recommendations for optimizing content, audience targeting, engagement strategies, and channel effectiveness.
  • Use testing, learning, and experimentation to continuously improve results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with marketing, communications, media, analytics, digital, legal, compliance, and agency teams.
  • Coordinate campaign execution and content delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support integrated marketing initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder communications.

Operations & Governance

  • Support end-to-end content and campaign workflows, including planning, review, publishing, optimization, and archiving.
  • Help manage agency relationships, vendor coordination, and external partner deliverables.
  • Ensure efficient operational processes and adherence to established governance models.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, content standards, and workflow best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Leadership Responsibilities (Depending on Level)

  • Lead major social and media marketing initiatives.
  • Influence strategic direction and audience engagement priorities.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
  • Manage agency partners, budgets, and external resources.
  • Provide recommendations and strategic counsel to senior stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Social media marketing
  • Community management
  • Digital marketing
  • Brand communications
  • Content strategy
  • Corporate communications
  • Audience engagement
  • Media planning or activation
  • Experience developing or executing social media, communications, or content marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and social media platforms.
  • Experience using social listening, publishing, analytics, or community management tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and within matrixed organizations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing or growing brand communities.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and shared media.
  • Familiarity with social listening, audience insights, and performance measurement.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, or external vendors.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or technology.
  • Knowledge of content governance, review processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, partnership programs, or creator collaborations.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital trends, AI-enabled marketing tools, and content innovation.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, or large-scale content operations.
